Terms and Conditions

GST: Applicable GST (5%, 12%, or 18%) will be charged as per government regulations.
Pricing: Membership and subscription charges are subject to revision by management without prior notice.
Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food is not permitted except for catering during rental bookings.
Member Privileges: Members enjoy a flat 10% discount on all food and beverage bills at the club restaurant.
Confirmation Voucher: Once issued, vouchers cannot be modified after booking confirmation.
Advance Payment: 100% advance payment is mandatory for all event bookings.
Bill Settlement: All food, beverage, and amenity charges must be settled directly at the club.

Personal Belongings: The club is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Children & Supervision: Children below 12 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
Liability: The club management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of life arising from use of sports/recreational facilities and swimming pool.
Parking: Visitor parking is subject to availability.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the clubhouse except in designated zones.
Attire & Conduct: Members must wear appropriate attire and follow guidelines for each amenity (e.g., non-marking shoes in sports courts).
Damages: Members are liable for any damage or breakage caused to club property.
Right of Admission: Reserved. Members must register before using amenities.
Shared Spaces: Members and guests are requested to use common spaces responsibly while respecting others.

Non-Transferability: Membership is strictly non-transferable.
Refund & Validity: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-extendable beyond the validity period.
Family Definition: Up to four family members must be declared at the time of a 20-year subscription.
Additional Member: An additional 10% charge applies for a fifth family member.
All Charges: All charges, policies, benefits, and amenities are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that amenities and facilities may vary across Prestige Clubs and are subject to the respective club's offerings. Members are advised to verify details with the respective club management.
Swimming Pool Access: Lifetime membership does not include swimming pool access and related amenities for Prestige Park Drive Club members.
Booking Policy: Bookings are available on a first-come, first-served basis between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM at the clubhouse reception.
Non-Member Usage: Non-members will be charged applicable facility fees and must register at reception.

Alcohol Service: Alcohol will be served only upon procurement of a valid license and in accordance with local regulations.
Responsible Behavior: Members and guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and avoid disorderly conduct.
Illegal Substances: Possession, use, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs and prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
Right to Refuse Service: The club reserves the right to deny service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs causing disturbances.
Compliance with Laws: Members and guests must comply with local laws governing alcohol and controlled substances.
Member Responsibility & Liability: The club management shall not be responsible for incidents, injuries, or damages arising from misuse of alcohol or prohibited substances.
