Terms and Conditions
- GST: 5%, 12% & 18% GST will be levied as applicable.
- Pricing: Membership and subscription charges are subject to change by management without notice.
- Outside Food and Drinks: Prohibited inside the clubhouse.
- Discount: Enjoy a 10% flat discount on all food and beverage bills at our restaurant, exclusively for members.
- Confirmation Voucher: Once issued, cannot be changed post-confirmation of booking.
- Advance Payment: 100% advance payment required for events.
- Settlement of Bills: Members must settle food bills and other amenity charges directly at the club.
- Personal Belongings: Club management is not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
- Children: Children below 12 years must be accompanied by parents/guardians at all times.
- Parking: Visitor parking is subject to availability.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the clubhouse, except in designated smoking zones.
- Attire and Guidelines: Members must use appropriate attire and follow user guidelines for each amenity.
- Non-Transferable: Membership is non-transferable.
- Refund and Extension: Usage charges once paid are not refundable/extendable after the validity period.
- Damages: Members are responsible for any breakages and damages to club property.
- Right of Admission: Reserved. Please identify and register before using each amenity.
- Family Definition: Family members are as declared in the resident data sheet. Names and relationships of up to 5 members must be notified at the time of subscription.
- Additional Family Member: For the 5th family member, an additional 10% charge will be applied to the 4-member package.
- Attire and Conduct: Members must wear appropriate attire for each amenity and follow user guidelines (e.g., non-marking shoes in the shuttle court).
- Booking Policy: Bookings will be done on a first-come, first-served basis only during 9 AM to 6 PM at the clubhouse reception.
- Supervision of Children: Kids must be accompanied by their parents/guardian at all times within the club premises.
- Tenants: All tenants will be charged as Non-Member Facility Charges for facilities and amenities.
